I use Open Office, a.k.a. "OOo". This is a FREE office suite software that rivals the features of Microsoft's expensive Office Suite (MS Word, Access, Excel and Powerpoint. I decided to explore alternatives to Microsoft software about a year ago. This is one of the best products I have found to replace MS Office Suite. Full Review.

Productivity Tool
I'm in the process of attempting to escape from the controls of Microsoft Software! I am discontinuing use of MS Outlook and have integrated working with "iGoogle" as my task manager and schedule planner. It's been working out quite well and I recommend it to you as something to test out.
